The DiamondBack 180 tonneau cover is currently known as the most versatile bed cover on the market. However this is not your average hard tonneau cover. It's built out of aluminum diamond plate for incredible durability and features butterfly designed doors that provide you with complete bed access in the blink of an eye. Because of its metal construction you can mount whatever you want to the top such as a bike rack.
Built To Last
The DiamondBack 180 is constructed out of .080" alloy aluminum diamond plate making it one of the toughest covers on the market. Because of the heavy duty materials used it can support up to 400 lbs. This means you can load your cargo on top of it whenever you need to and not have to worry about it ripping tearing or getting any dents! An optional black spray-on finish is also available for help prevent scratches and provide a durable textured black finish.
Maximum Bed Access
The DiamondBack 180 tonneau cover has two doors that function like butterfly wings. They open up at a 45 degree angle providing you with access to the entire bed in mere seconds. Gas struts hold the panels in place for smooth opening and closing. The doors are full length and run the entire length of your truck bed so you can reach any corner of your bed.
Theft Protection
DiamondBack understands that security is one of the main reasons that people choose to buy a tonneau cover so they made sure to take the security of this cover to the next level. Each panel has keyed lock handles with heavy duty hardware just like a dead bolt. This should give you peace of mind that your valuables are safe and secure. Metal rods are use to lock the doors into place.
Sealed Against Weather
Thanks to a neoprene compression gasket around the edge of the tonneau cover your belongings stay dry inside your truck bed. When shopping for a tonneau cover Diamondback knows the importance of a dry bed. Store your tools and other things without worrying if they will rust. With the tonneau cover closed water will run off the edges.

Installation
DiamondBack 180 Tonneau Covers will ship with all the needed hardware to get your cover installed on your truck bed. Drilling may be required on select applications. Give us a call if you have any other questions.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We build the toughest truck bed covers on the market and we stand behind them. DiamondBack products come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers both the manufacture and parts of the cover. If your DiamondBack needs some help and you're the original owner, please let us know at 1.800.935.4002 or fill out a warranty claim and we'll try to make it right. Chances are it's an easy fix, but if a repair or exchange is needed we'll help you through the best solution step by step. Be sure to have your serial number handy when you call.
Limitations
We've built the DiamondBack to handle just about anything you can throw at it—literally. We build 'em tough and with you in mind. However, there are always exceptions. Here are a few things this warranty does not cover: exceeding the respective load ratings, misuse, improper installation, damage due to accidents, corrosion, alterations that modify the DiamondBack design and function, and lack of care and maintenance.
Exclusions
Exclusions to this Limited Lifetime Warranty includes factory-applied coatings which are warrantied for 3 years, excluding abrasion, franchise-applied spray-on coating, and ATV Carrier packages.
