The short answer is: any tire designed for use with a 20-inch wheel (i.e. 33x12.50R20). However, the proper tire size depends on the wheel’s width, offset, your vehicle’s model, and suspension type. You’ll need to consider all of these factors before settling on a size; for a cheat sheet, check out our tire size charts on RealSource!
20” rims are excellent for promoting tight handling characteristics on a street vehicle. The shorter side walls deflect less, thus creating a still and controlled ride. However, if you’re moving to a 20” wheel from a smaller size, you’ll likely notice diminished ride quality off-road or over large bumps.
In some cases, yes, and in others, no. Ultimately, the weight of a wheel and tire package paired with its overall size affects mileage; however, if you’re installing a lightweight 20” alloy wheel on a similarly sized tire, any variance in fuel efficiency will be negligible.
