Limited Lifetime Warranty
What is covered: All defects in materials or workmanship on select Bushwacker branded products properly installed per provided instructions except those listed below under the One and Three Year Warranties. This warranty does not apply to any product from Bushwacker direct or indirect subsidiaries.
For How Long: This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last as long as the original retail purchases owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
Limited Three Year Warranty
What is Covered: All defects in materials or workmanship on select Bushwacker branded products properly installed per provided instructions. For How Long: This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasts three years from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

What is Covered: All defects in materials or workmanship on select Bushwacker branded products
properly installed per provided instructions.
For How Long: This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasts one year from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
What Bushwacker Will Do
During the applicable warranty period listed above, Bushwacker will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, Bushwacker may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value.
What These Warranties Will Not Cover
These warranties doe not cover any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.
How To Submit A Claim
A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may submit a warranty claim at the link below. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. Returns made to Bushwacker will not be accepted without prior authorization from Bushwacker.
All claims require the following information:
Order Number
Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
Product Name and/or Part Number
Description of the warranty issue
Copy of original receipt
Images of product
This warranty statement supersedes all previous warranty statements in any Bushwacker catalogs or other marketing materials. PLEASE NOTE: Return requests will not be accepted for non-defective products once installation has taken place. This will void any return process for Bushwacker. Any items shipped back to Bushwacker without return authorization from a Bushwacker representative may be refused upon receipt, and/or sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
