T-Rex Torch Bumper Grille

Take your front-end to the next level with the T-Rex Torch Bumper Grille. It is constructed from laser cut steel and features a woven wire mesh design with built-in ZROADZ LED lights. This rugged bumper grille will give your truck an aggressive look with the black powder coat finish and x-metal studs that line the perimeter of the 12-gauge frame. You can choose either black studs for a blacked-out look or chrome studs for a nice pop. This bumper not only looks good and protects your vehicle but is also very functional when it comes to the LED lights. Depending on your make and model, the grille will either come with two 3" cube lights or a light bar. The cube lights have 1712 lumens, 20 watts, and CREE 5W LED chips per pod light. The 20" light bar has 7,215 lumens, 120 watts, and CREE 3W LED chips. The bumper grille comes with everything you need to turn on these lights from inside your cab including a wiring harness, relay, and toggle switch.

This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves the California facility. The black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process. First, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat. This primer seals the entire surface of the grille. Once the epoxy primer base coat is applied, the color topcoat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.
