The CURT Custom A25 Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch is designed for specific Dodge, Ford, Chevy, and GMC pickups that come equipped with the OEM truck bed puck system. Gross trailer weight (GTW) ratings of 24,000 lbs. and 25,000 lbs. are offered, depending on your specific truck. Constructed from carbon steel with a durable carbide black powder coating, you can rest assured that your sliding 5th wheel hitch will stand the test of time and not end up being an eyesore in a few short years. Each 5th wheel hitch comes equipped with a patented case yoke to allow for head movement free from obstructions. The yoke comes with a set of poly-torsion inserts that suppress shock loads and reduce noise, while providing superior stability for the trailer.
One of the greatest benefits of this system has got to be the slider. CURT designed this product to give you added clearance and stability when making sharp turns with your trailer. Using a set of quarter-turn anchors, the adapter will drop into the pucks with ease, instantly mounting the slider and hitch, getting you equipped and ready for 5th wheel towing. The slider is super easy to operate, featuring a lift-style lever that is easily accessible over the side of the truck bed wall. The slider comes with a three-position coupling indicator, which also will latch into place in both directions.
