During any applicable warranty period listed previously, RoadWorks® Manufacturing, Inc. will inspect the parts and determine if they qualify for coverage according to the terms and limitations of this warranty. Roadworks Manufacturing will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge and ship them back to you with freight prepaid. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, Roadworks Manufacturing may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value. Liability in all cases is limited to the original purchase price.
What These Warranties Will Not Cover:
These warranties do not cover special order products. These warranties do not cover any loss, damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, fire, theft, collision, accident, improper installation, modification, neglect, mistreatment, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Items damaged during shipment are not covered by this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
