warranty
The manufacturer warrants each new anti-splash guard mud flap to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover installation or damage from misuse or neglect. The manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to making good, at its factory, any part replacement only, (does not include labor), which shall, within three years after sale, be returned with its transportation charges prepaid and upon examination shall disclose to the company's to have been thus defective; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities on its part. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state.
