The T-Rex Laser X-Metal Bumper Grille is an affordable accessory to your truck or SUV that adds style and protection. The Laser X-Metal grilles add a modern update to the traditional X-Metal grilles with the upgraded laser cut steel 1-piece construction. This heavy-duty bumper grille is constructed from black powder coated carbon steel and features a unique honeycomb pattern with x-metal studs around the 12-gauge frame perimeter.
T-REX grilles have been proudly made in the USA for over 25 years. Their uncompromising quality begins with advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design. All products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves the California facility. The black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process. First, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat. This primer seals the entire surface of the grille. Once the epoxy primer base coat is applied, the color topcoat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.

The T-Rex Laser X-Metal Bumper Grille has an easy, at home installation. On some applications drilling or cutting may be required. All hardware is included.

The T-Rex Laser X-Metal Bumper Grille is backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a 3-year warranty on the black powder coat finish. T-REX Truck Products warrants its grille products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the grille. T-REX Truck Products warrants the finish of its grille products for a 3 year period beginning at the time of sale to the end user. These warranties are limited warranties and do not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor do they cover finish failure caused by caustic cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. T-REX Truck Products reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion.
