NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: THE ULTIMATE FATHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older as of June 6, 2026 (each, an “Entrant”) Void outside the State of Michigan and where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of RealTruck (“Sponsor”), authorized RealTruck Wholesale Distributors (each, a “RealTruck WD”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion will take place between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 6, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. ET on June 20, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, Entrants must complete each of the following three (3) steps:

1. Visit the RealTruck Detroit Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/people/RealTruck-Detroit/61564789750802/ and follow the instructions to follow the page (if you are not doing so already);

2. Use the RealTruck Builder available at https://realtruck.com/builder/ or on-site at RealTruck Detroit (located at 2576 S Adams Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309) (“RealTruck Detroit”) to build your dream vehicle with RealTruck accessories; 

3. Email your build to realtruck.detroit.store@realtruck.com using the SHARE button within the builder. A drop down will appear to fill out your name, phone number and email address. 

All three (3) steps must be complete and entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on June 20, 2026 to be considered. Please Note: RealTruck accessory builds will not be judged and therefore the accessories included in RealTruck accessory builds will not increase or decrease your chance of winning.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 21, 2026 from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by mail, and/or e-mail or phone call and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. 

GRAND PRIZE (1): Winner will have $3,500 worth of accessories from their RealTruck build installed on their personal vehicle at RealTruck Detroit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,500.00. 

PRIZE CONDITIONS: In the event winner’s RealTruck accessory vehicle build exceeds the $3,500 prize amount value, winner will have the following options; (i) for RealTruck to determine the accessories up to $3,500 to be installed on winner’s vehicle, or (ii) winner can elect to have their complete RealTruck accessory vehicle build installed and winner will be responsible for the cost overage beyond $3,500. In the event winner’s RealTruck accessory vehicle build is less than the $3,500 prize amount, the remaining balance will not be awarded to winner and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.

Winner understands exact date and time of RealTruck accessory vehicle build will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion, with certain accessories being subject to availability at the time of award. The depiction of any build on-site at RealTruck Detroit, or in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prize delivered. 

Winner will have thirty (45) days from the date of award to place their accessory order. Installation will be scheduled once all accessories have been delivered to the store. Failure to (i) order the accessories within such timeframe, or (2) deliver the vehicle to RealTruck Detroit for installation at a mutually agreed date once all accessories have been delivered to the store, may result in prize being deemed void and Sponsor having no further obligation to such winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Winner understands and agrees they may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor when delivering or retrieving their vehicle from RealTruck Detroit (collectively, "Footage"). Footage will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on social media and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes. Winner agrees their name and likeness and those of any other individuals present may be included in the Footage, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, entries, builds or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Promotion-related materials.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, RealTruck WD, Facebook and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Promotion. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES:  By submitting an entry, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Released Parties a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your entry, name, photo, RealTruck build and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Promotion in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to Entrant or any third party.

PRIVACY: Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://realtruck.com/privacy-policy/; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
