RealTruck Warranty Policy & Registration

RealTruck, Inc. warrants your RealTruck-branded product to be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship from the retail date of purchase for the term listed below. Warranty registration must be on file and/or proof of original purchase (detailed and dated receipt) is required for warranty service. Warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchaser of the RealTruck product only.

1. A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may submit a warranty claim at the link below. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. Returns made to RealTruck will not be accepted without prior authorization from RealTruck.

2. All claims require the following information:

   • Order Number

   • Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address

   • Vehicle Year, Make, and Model

   • Product Name and/or Part Number

   • Description of the warranty issue

   • Copy of original receipt

   • Images of product
