Return Policy: Any products returned to RealTruck without defect will incur a 20% restocking fee, per the manufacturer. A RealTruck representative must confirm a defect with fit, form or functionality before an item can be sent back to our facility.
Any items shipped back to RealTruck without prior return authorization will be refused upon receipt, and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Contact RealTruck with any questions.

CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY: RealTruck Nerf Steps RS are backed by a lifetime warranty against failures in materials and workmanship. This includes welds, brackets, or material of the part.
FINISH WARRANTY: Powder-Coat finish has a Five Year Limited Warranty.
