The BEDSLIDE MAX Extension 1500 has heavy-duty cam-follower bearings, a composite weatherdeck that includes four D-ring tie-downs, and a hard latch system. GUARDRAILs are included, and the cargo slide extends to a full 100%. Installation
1 hour installation time.
Professional installations are recommended.
Installation over bedliners is not recommended, as adjustments may need to be made and bedliners tend to vary. Minor drilling is required for the four holes that mount the bed slide to your truck bed floor. Since all BEDSLIDE cargo slides are big and bulky truck bed accessories, it would be much easier if you have a buddy handy to help during the installation process. For aluminum beds, use part BSA-HALUMKT. Improper installation can lead to corrosion. If you have any additional questions or would like more information, please give us a call.

To make sure they’re doing just that, BEDSLIDE offers a comprehensive 5-YEAR warranty on ALL BEDSLIDE products and an extended LIFETIME WARRANTY with product registered within 30 days of purchase to help you sleep at night. Don’t forget to register your BEDSLIDE.
LIMITATIONS Covered under warranty: Replacement parts are covered for 5 years or lifetime if the warranty is extended and the product is under ownership of the original owner. We will cover the cost of all work related to the repair or replacement of your product for the first year of ownership to the original owner.
Not covered under warranty: Misuse, exceeding the respective weight capacity rating, corrosion to the steel frame caused by exposure to the elements, de-lamination of the deck due to water, fuel or chemical spills, alterations that modify the BEDSLIDE design and function, improper installation, damage due to accidents, and/or lack of care and maintenance. WARRANTY ONLY COVERS THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE PRODUCT. WARRANTY DOES NOT TRANSER IF PRODUCT IS SOLD.
DEFECT WARRANTY POLICY BEDSLIDE warrants against product defects or workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized BEDSLIDE Dealer from which your purchase was made. The BEDSLIDE warranty program does not cover any defects due to accidents, improper installation, negligence, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
FILE A CLAIM For all BEDSLIDE warranty claims contact the Authorized BEDSLIDE dealer from which your purchase was made.
To start the warranty process you will need to provide the following pieces of information to properly process your claim. The information can be emailed to support@bedslide.com or call 888-807-0099 for customer service.
Once we receive proof of purchase and product image(s) we will email or call you within 24 hours to confirm your product issue is covered under our warranty policy. Once confirmed the replacement part(s) will be sent to the Authorized Dealer. If you choose to make the repair yourself, parts can be sent direct to you. Please note: All replacement parts ship direct from our manufacturing facility and the shipping method used is at BEDSLIDE’s discretion. Expedited shipping is available and the cost is to be covered by the original owner if he/she chooses expedited shipping of any parts.
REPAIRS All warranty repairs MUST be authorized by BEDSLIDE prior to any repair being completed by an Authorized BEDSLIDE Dealer. Unauthorized BEDSLIDE repairs will not be covered under our warranty policy. Please note: BEDSLIDE is not liable for any damage to vehicle if repair is made by an unauthorized persons.
