Free Returns Within 30 Days

Non-defective items that have not been installed should be returned in new condition.
Return Authorization (RA) numbers are good for 30 days from the date of issue.
Returns are not accepted for special order items unless we are at fault.
We provide a unique label for each box for your return. To ensure proper processing of your return, please do not use a single return label on multiple boxes or ship multiple items together in the same box unless they arrive to you this way.
Refunds will be processed once an item arrives and is inspected at its return destination. In instances where there are significant discrepancies in content, weight, or dimensions of a returned shipment compared to what has been approved for return, refunds may be further delayed or rejected.
