Creu LLC warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. If during this period, the product fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, then Creu LLC will replace or repair the item. To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, notify us directly. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty. Any product having a defect must conform to our returned goods procedure. Credit or replacement of the product consistent with our limited warranty policy will not be issued until the unit is returned to the factory. You must contact Creu LLC to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
