This tonneau cover features a rugged aluminum panel construction for maximum strength and theft resistance. Unlike theft-prone soft covers, the UnderCover Fusion resists cuts and slashes, keeping the valuables in your truck’s bed safe and secure. However, this cover doesn’t only resist theft but also extreme weather conditions. Integrated EPDM rubber hinges and perimeter seals prevent moisture intrusion, protecting your cargo against heavy rain, dirt, dust, and other contaminants.

Operating the UnderCover Fusion Tonneau Cover is simple and intuitive. The classic tri-fold design features three panels and three sets of hinges, which allow you to fold the cover onto itself toward the bulkhead for cargo access. Whereas most tri-fold tonneau covers only offer ⅔ bed access, the UnderCover Fusion features integrated prop rods that support the cover flush against the rear window for complete cargo access. Installation is also a breeze with UnderCover’s clamp-on L-Rail system.
Closing the cover is just as easy—simply fold it back toward the tailgate as the cover’s automatic slam latches engage with the redesigned L-Rails. The cover’s dual-action tailgate seal allows you to operate the tailgate whether the tonneau cover is opened or closed.

Custom painted tonneau covers cannot be returned, except in the case of shipping damage or warranty. Warranty for each product is according to the specific manufacturer's policy, which is generally repair or replacement. Should you have a warranty issue please contact us and we can facilitate a warranty service request for you with the manufacturer.

TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY
UnderCover, Inc. warrants the structure of your cover to be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship for (5) five years from the retail date of purchase. The hinges, seals, and hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (5) five years from the retail date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Your original sales receipt will serve as proof of purchase for this warranty. Before credit can be issued on a warranty claim, proof of defect may be required. This can be determined at the time of the claim.
UNDERCOVER LIFETIME PAINT WARRANTY
UnderCover, Inc. warrants, for life of the product, that the exterior paint will not abnormally fade or peel, due to material or workmanship defect, faster than the original pickup it was installed on. UnderCovers’ not painted at the UnderCover factory are excluded from this warranty. UnderCover does not guarantee a 100% paint match, due to variables from one truck's paint to another, some variance is to be expected.
EXCLUSIONS OF THIS WARRANTY
Not covered under this warranty is failure due to neglect, improper installation including any modifications to installation hardware, operating the truck with your UnderCover in the open position, use in competitive racing, alterations, addition of equipment, abuse, accident, weather related damage, exposure to chemicals that are not labeled "safe for plastics", and normal wear and tear from lack of maintenance. Any UnderCover not painted at the UnderCover factory are excluded from the lifetime paint warranty.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to drive with your cover in the open position or tie down your cover while in the open position. When hauling material that is taller than the truck bed height, you should remove the cover, store it, and then properly haul oversized material. Tying the cover down when open will cause severe stress to the front hinges and could cause one or both of the hinges to crack and possibly tear out. This type of damage is not considered a manufacturer defect. Always read the ingredients of any product you are using to clean your UnderCover tonneau. Use only products that are safe for use with plastics. Many chemicals contain material that will permanently discolor your tonneau. This is not considered a manufacturer defect.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Incidental or consequential damage or loss of contents due to use, neglect, lack of maintenance, misuse, or abuse of the UnderCover tonneau is the sole responsibility of the truck owner and operator. Paint wear to the truck's bed can happen with the use of any truck bed cover, and is the sole responsibility of the truck owner. Materials such as 3M Scotchgard™ or other clear paint protective films may be used to help prevent possible paint damage. Ask your dealer for other recommendations. Paint damage to your truck is not covered under this warranty. When in the closed position, your tonneau must be locked and the tailgate must be closed. Failure to do so could result in sudden opening of the tonneau cover from unexpected heavy winds, which could cause damage to the truck and/or your tonneau cover.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
In the event that your UnderCover tonneau is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, it is at the discretion of UnderCover, Inc. to repair or replace the defective part. All repairs must be made by an authorized UnderCover dealer or under direction of UnderCover, Inc. In the case of either event, UnderCover, Inc. is not responsible for any transportation costs associated with the warranted claim.
CAUTION
Inspect your truck periodically for rubbing. If you notice any rubbing, immediately remove your cover and contact your dealer. An adjustment to your brackets may be necessary to protect from further damage. Paint damage is not covered under the Terms of this Warranty. It is the responsibility of the truck owner to report any damage that is occurring to your dealer. When in the closed position, your tonneau must be locked and the tailgate must be closed. Failure to do so could result in sudden opening of the tonneau cover from unexpected heavy winds, which could cause damage to the truck and/or your tonneau cover.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
The ABS polymer body of your UnderCover requires only periodic cleaning with mild car wash soap. ONLY USE CLEANERS, WAXES, OR PRODUCTS THAT ARE LABELED, "Safe for use on plastics". Do not let chemicals or substances come into contact with your UnderCover, unless labeled "Safe for plastics". Avoid use of abrasive type cleaners as they may dull the finish. Be sure that products such as OFF® or other insecticides do not get on the cover from contact with your hands or other parts of your body. This could cause serious damage and discoloration.
FOR UNDERCOVER PAINTED COVERS ONLY
The paint finish on your UnderCover LUX/Elite LX is a base coat/clear coat automotive finish. Care for the painted finish on the cover as you do the painted finish on your truck. Avoid using any abrasive cleaners or cloths on your cover. Use only cleaners and waxes that are safe for use on clear coat paint finishes.
