Warranty/ Defective Merchandise
Creu LLC warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship one year from the original purchase date. If the product fails under normal use during this period due to a manufacturing defect, then Creu LLC will replace or repair the item.
- To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, notify us directly.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
- Any product having a defect must conform to our returned goods procedure.
- Credit or replacement of the product consistent with our limited warranty policy will not be issued until the unit is returned to the factory.
- Must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
