APS provides a 1 year factory warranty from the original date of purchase on all step products. This warranty covers defects in materials, finishes, and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect, damage as a result from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, or scratches during the life of the product.
This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of APS products. This warranty does not include costs of freight, removal, installation, labor, inconvenience, or consequential damages.
