A: Installation covers basic labor for the installation service selected. Occasionally, additional parts and/or labor may be required depending on the complexity of the appointment and may result in extra charges requested by the Installer. We will do our best to identify these in advance by asking some questions when we schedule your appointment. If this happens during the installation, your installer will let you know if additional work is required before proceeding.
