The Warn Zeon 10 premium series winch is not just another winch. It’s a robust piece of engineering that can withstand rigorous use and repeated abuse. Its durable powder-coated exterior housing can take on the elements, while its powerful series-wound 12VDC motor, 3-stage planetary gear train, automatic mechanical cone brake, and free-spooling rotating gear ring clutch ensure long-term performance.
This winch is available in the Zeon 10 and Zeon 10-S configurations. Both offer similar characteristics, though the differences lie in the choice of rope and fairing designs. The Zeon 10 features a traditional construction, consisting of an 80-ft. ⅜-in. galvanized steel cable paired with a roller fairlead. Alternatively, the Zeon 10-S utilizes 100 feet of ⅜-in. Spydura synthetic rope with an aluminum hawse fairlead.

Installation
The Warn Zeon 10 premium series 10,000 lb. winch is designed for your convenience. It features a simple bolt-on installation onto a compatible bumper or winch plate, with only minor wiring required.

Warranty
Warn Industries, Inc. (WARN), warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of the WARN Branded Winch Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components of the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
Items not covered by this Warranty:
- The removal or reinstallation of the product.
- Wire or Synthetic Ropes.
- Product finish.
- Components damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, collision, overloading, modification, misapplication, improper installation, or improper service.
- Normal wear and tear or loss of functionality due to the normal aging of the product including, bearings, bushings, seals, O-rings, gaskets, brake material, motor brushes, electrical cables.
