In some cases you will need to trim, cut or modify your vehicle to ensure proper fitment to help prevent rubbing or limited turning radius. All Wheels, Tires, Lift Kits are Non-returnable unless ordered incorrectly by a RealTruck consultant or if we shipped the incorrect product. LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser of new replacement Versatyre Tires sold by an authorized Versatyre dealer, which have been used on the same vehicle that they were originally installed on. The Versatyre Tires Mileage offers the consumer only the following benefit:
Coverage for defects in workmanship and materials
For purposes of this warranty, the term "Usable tread life" will be determined as having at least 2/32" (1.6mm) of tread remaining evenly across the tire. If less than 2/32" (1.6mm) of tread remains at any point on the face of the tire, the tire will be considered past its usable tread life and subject to any and all conditions stated below.
MILEAGE TREAD WEAR WARRANTY
Select Versatyre Tires are assigned a mileage warranty that protects the consumer against premature tread wear. If a tire reaches the end of its "usable tread life" before the stated mileage warranty, the consumer will be issued a replacement Versatyre tire on a prorated basis, which means the consumer will be responsible for a percentage of the replacement cost. In order to maintain tread wear warranty, all tires must be rotated at least every 6,000 to 8,000 miles (10,000 to 13,000km). Failure to rotate or provide adequate records of rotating voids the mileage warranty.
Under all circumstances, the cost of mounting, balancing and any other service charges including applicable taxes are required to be paid by the consumer.
