Description
The Traxion Tailgate Ladders were designed to make truck bed access safe and easy. Their universal designs allow them to be mounted to virtually any midsize and full-size pickup truck with 28" and greater tailgate heights. Traxion tailgate ladders feature a heavy-duty base plate that easily bolt to your tailgate for a strong and secure mount location. The ladder itself easily attaches to the base and can be quickly removed if needed. With the tailgate down, users can quickly swing the tailgate ladder into position or fold it away in seconds.
Traxion designed these step ladders to be locked into position with the tailgate closed for hassle free storage. It features a 300 lb. capacity and can be mounted on either side of the tailgate. Additionally, Traxion tailgate ladders are backed by a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If you want to step up on your cargo box, a tailgate step is the way to go.

Note - Based on the model of truck and/or tailgate, the screw hole locations will vary. Only half of the holes in the mounting plate will be used. Optimum screw locations are the front and back sides of the mounting plate instead of the interior holes. Drill six holes in optimal locations using 0.14 inch drill.
