The Smittybilt 7/16" Rope Shackle is a strong and malleable one-piece design that is a good viable tow rope connector compared to the heavy steel shackles.
The 7/16" Rope Shackle from Smittybilt is made from a durable UHMWPE material. Each rope shackle is spliced on one end and knotted on the other, and have a breaking strength of 34,000 lbs.
The Smittybilt 7/16" Rope Shackle features a 1" thick rope that creates 6" diameter when looped and easily wraps around anchor points. This rope shackle is a good lightweight necessity to have in any recovery kit.
