CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of our RSO SUSPENSION branded products a limited manufacturer warranty. The terms and conditions will vary on the item purchased. Please read all terms and conditions along with proper care and maintenance. Proof of purchase will be required in order to approve any warranty claim. The warranty begins from the date of original purchase and covers against manufacturer defects.
This includes but is not limited to, defects in materials, workmanship, finish, failure of product, and function under normal use. Manufacturer warranties do not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, fire or natural disasters, acts of god, product neglect or scratches during the life of the product, operating without proper lubrication or coolant, or usage in excess of recommended capacities. Failure to properly maintain or follow the product instructions will void warranty. This limited manufacturer warranty applies only to new products and is at our discretion to the repair or replacement of company products. Warranty does not include replacement of electrical components or light bulbs, costs of removal, installation, labor, shipping charges, any inconvenience, or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise along with the purchase receipt unless instructed otherwise, to the original place of purchase.
