The Royalty Core RC88T Headache Rack features integrated tail lights with T6 billet aluminum tubing and diamond mesh for a sturdy, corrosion resistant design. The RC88T is built in-house using a 4 ¾" x 2 ¾" wide profile tubing. It uses four 6" tail lights, two with white LEDs and two with red LEDs. This frame uses a one-of-a-kind rectangular, octagon shape to create a heavy-duty, double framed construction, making this one of the toughest headache racks on the market. The woven mesh maximizes visibility out the back of the cab while adding superior protection from shifting loads in the bed of the truck. The same custom studs from Royalty Core's grilles are used to hold a removable center mesh insert for slider window access. These studs are T304 stainless steel and triple chrome plated for excellent corrosion protection. The RC88T can support longer cargo on top of the rack, and a robust support tube protects the bottom section under the rear window. Royalty Core pays attention to the details, each headache rack is designed to fit your exact truck model and is not one-rack-fits-all. The RC88T has 24" mounting rails that are compatible with all crossover truck toolboxes. Royalty Core engineered their headache racks for a high quality custom look, while being able to handle the abuse of a work truck. Superior build quality handcrafted in the USA, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Installation of the RC88T Headache Rack uses factory mounting holes but does require some drilling. Adjustable mounting brackets and 24" long bed rails keep installation straightforward and securely attached to the bed.
