Rigid Industries Limited Warranty
JST Performance, LLC (d/b/a Rigid Industries) (“Rigid”) warrants,to its original purchaser only,that the Rigid Product (the “Products”)
produced and sold by Rigid will be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable period below (the shortest applicable period
will apply to the Products and applications indicated below):
• ten (10) yearsfrom the date of original purchase for all Products in the Radiance™ line of Products, including light bars and
pods; or
• five (5) years from the date of original purchase for all Products when used in commercial, marine or industrial
applications, including, without limitation, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, any processes using heavy chemicals or
applications where the Product is subject to high vibration; or
• two (2) years from the date of original purchase for all accessories (except flashlight accessories) including, without
limitation, all covers, all mounts, all kits (except that lights included in a kit are not subject to this exception), and all other
items offered as part of a closeout or discontinued sale; or
• one (1) year from the date of original purchase for all powder coat finishes, cosmetic coatings, and exterior lenses, all
products in the UWL™ (Under Water/Wake Flame) product line, all interior dome lights, all products in the Reflect™
product line (excluding the light engine and mirror), Docking Lights part # 40038 and 40038-ABYC, and the GPS module
in all Products and the Adapt™ product line; or
• Lifetime of the original purchaser from the date of original purchase for all other Products.
There is no warranty for (i) mirror glass incorporated in the Reflect™ Product line; (ii) flashlights, flashlight accessories, and lithium ion
batteries sold with flashlights or as a service component; or (iii) packaging.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable for any reason, including in the event the applicable Product is sold, traded, transferred or
otherwise disposed of in any manner by the original purchaser to another party.
Rigid is not responsible for any warranties other than the warranties set forth in this Limited Warranty, including, but not limited to any
warranty that may be provided to subsequent customers or other end users of Product, other than the original purchaser.
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must first submit a claim through the vendor from which you purchased the
Product. If the vendor from which you purchased the Product does not have a warranty claim process, you must follow the
Warranty Claim Process by first completing the form at https://www.rigidindustries.com/warranty‐claims. If a Product fails
to conform to this Limited Warranty, Rigid’s liability is limited, at Rigid’s exclusive option, to Rigid repairing or replacing the Product
without charge or, in the alternative, refunding 100% of the price that customer paid for the Product. This Limited Warranty does
not cover labor or any other repair, replacement, installation, or fabrication costs. The warranty period for any replacement Product
supplied under this Limited Warranty extends only to the remaining warranty period on the original Product.
CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS FROM THE LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal maintenance, service or adjustments, nor does it cover damage to Products relatin g
to:

1. Seal tampering, including any removal of the bezel, removal of any bezel screws and/or any other actions that in RIGID’s
   sole discretion compromise the integrity of the water‐tight seal;
2. Accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, abuse, vandalism or physical damage;
3. Any repair, replacement or alteration not performed by RIGID;
4. Improper installation (including electrical damage caused by improper installation) or failure to follow installation
   instructions provided by RIGID;
5. Use inconsistent with safety warnings, product labeling, datasheets, and/or other installation, use, operation and technical
   documentation provided and/or published by Rigid or its affiliate;
6. Use of equipment or parts not manufactured by RIGID;
7. Fire, explosion, implosion, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, acid rain, chemical fallout, catastrophic event, or other ac t of
   God or nature;
8. Exposure to excessive road hazards, excessive heat, other severe environmental conditions, or unintended uses and/or
   substances, recklessness, or damage beyond the limits of normal wear and tear;
9. Acts or omissions of any carrier delivering any Products;
   EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
   AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT
   OR ANY PART OR COMPONENT THEREOF AND NO WARRANTY SHALL BE IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE. IN NO
   EVENT SHALL RIGID BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
   CHARGES FOR ANY REASON, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES OR CHARGES ARE FORESEEABLE OR RIGID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
   POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CHARGES.
   ALL BUYERS, USERS AND SELLERS OF RIGID’S PRODUCTS UNDERSTAND THAT CERTAIN RIGID PRODUCTS ARE MADE AND SOLD FOR
   OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. BUYER HEREBY FULLY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASES RIGID FROM, AND HEREBY AGREES TO FULLY IDEMNIFY
   AND DEFEND RIGID FROM AND AGAINST, ANY LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, ALLEGATIONS, COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES ASSOCIATED
   WITH THE IMPROPER USE, OR ALLEGED IMPROPER USE, OF RIGID’S OFF-ROAD PRODUCTS.
   No variation or change from this Limited Warranty will be binding upon Rigid unless made in writing specifically referencing this
   Limited Warranty and signed by an officer of Rigid.
