Putco finishes each Venture TEC rack with a black powder coat finish for additional protection, resisting scuffs, scrapes, chips, and UV fading.
Durable construction is only one of the features that Venture TEC has in store. This modular rack system can be modified with any Putco TEC compatible accessories to offer a solution to any vehicular travel plans. Add Putco’s expanding line of overlanding and lighting products with ease using Putco’s TEC system, consisting of integrated channels that accept products like bike racks, kayak mounts, and more. The Venture TEC’s TEC tubes even feature an inch-wide channel that accepts Putco’s Blade and Luminix series lights, offering seamless integration with the rack.
Putco’s patented extrusion TEC tubes with Core TEC Connector Blocks offer extra reinforcement at each joint throughout the rack. The Core TEC Connector Blocks are made from solid billet aluminum, offering extreme stability and rigidity.
The Venture TEC rack offers a simple no-drill installation. Two mounting methods are possible, including traditional stake pocket mounting or mounting via OEM hardware on a rail system located inside the bed. Both methods passed stress testing by Putco’s engineering team.

What is Covered?
Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein, Putco, Inc. (“Putco”) exclusively warrants the following Putco branded products sold through Authorized Putco Resellers[1] to be free of defects in workmanship or materials when properly installed on initial customer’s vehicle. This Limited Warranty is made as of the date of first retail purchase and is extended only to the initial retail purchaser.
Stainless Steel & Aluminum Accessories: your Limited Warranty term is one year from the date of initial retail sale, provided; (a.) products featuring Putco’s NeverRust finish are additionally warranted not to exhibit surface rust conditions on the chrome or polished surface, materially affecting the structure or value of the part, for so long as installed on the initial retail purchaser’s vehicle, (b.) the term of Limited Warranty for powder-coated Black Platinum and painted products is ninety days from first retail purchase.
What is Not Covered?
Your Putco Limited Warranty does not cover damage to your vehicle, vehicle systems, other products, or components not manufactured by Putco to our high-quality standards.
Improper installation, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance according to our instructions, or accidents will not be warranted by Putco.
Remedy Limited to Repair/Replacement. Limited time for Filing Warranty Claims - Venue
The exclusive remedy provided hereunder shall at Putco’s option and upon Putco’s inspection and determination of covered defect be either replacement with Putco products of equal or greater value or purchase price reimbursement to the initial retail customer. All labor, removal, shipping, and installation costs are the customer’s responsibility. The Limited Warranties hereunder are not transferrable. No employee, reseller, or other agent of Putco is authorized to amend this written Limited Warranty or make additional representations or warranties regarding any Putco product. Any claim for breach related to this Limited Warranty must be filed in writing with legal action, if any, filed as a single customer claim against Putco in a court of competent jurisdiction within Polk County, Iowa on or before 120 days of the date your Limited Warranty term expires.
Other Exclusions - Limitation of Damages & Reduced Implied Warranties if Purchased Through Unauthorized Reseller - Your Rights Under State Law.
Excluded from this Limited Warranty are normal wear or loss of performance over time, damage caused by customer wiring or installation not according to Putco instructions/warnings or third party negligence, lack of maintenance (including failure to clean & wax surfaces), accident, improper application or service.
