The backpack is constructed from high-quality nylon Corduna for the utmost durability. It has a built-in padded and ventilated back panel, along with padded shoulder straps. There are dual zippers on top and bottom sides that will fold into multiple panels, revealing multiple pouches and slots providing great organization. Warranty
My Medic offers a lifetime warranty against all material or manufacturer defects for the product’s practical lifetime. This does not include normal wear and tear, user modifications, misuse, or accidental damage.
If you have an item that requires a warranty, a claim can be submitted by contacting My Medic’s customer service department at ouch@mymedic.com to set up the warranty claim.
In some cases, My Medic may require that the defective product be returned as part of the warranty process. My Medic reserves the right to determine the cause of damages, and the resolution of each warranty claim, as well as to request proof of purchase for any claim.
