Installation
If you are changing your wheel dimensions from stock you will want to have your speedometer and odometer recalibrated after installing your Metal FX wheels. Changing your wheel or tire size can affect the accuracy of your gauges. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call.
Warranty
Metal FX Motorsports LLC warranty obligations for Metal FX Motorsports Wheel “Product(s)”, individually and collectively, is limited to defects in materials and workmanship, as solely determined by physical inspection of any warranty claim product by Metal FX’s engineering department, for the period identified in the information below and will begin on the date of receipt of the retail purchase by the original end-user (“Warranty Period”) as evidenced by the purchaser’s dated receipt of merchandise.
Returns must include original box, proof of purchase date, date of receipt and serial number(s) (on custom wheels) from Metal FX Motorsports LLC or any authorized Metal FX Motorsports LLC dealer and/or distributor.
Metal FX Motorsports One-Year Limited Structural Warranty:
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Metal FX Motorsports LLC warrants this product to be free from material defects for a period of (1) Year and free from workmanship defects for the period of (30) Days from the date of receipt. To request the return of an item, please contact RealTruck customer service for an approved RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). The RMA number must be visibly legible on the outside of all correspondence and/or packaging and on each returned item as well. All returns must be properly packed to protect from damage during return shipment in the original packaging (if available) and shipped freight prepaid back to Metal FX Motorsports LLC Should the specified product be determined and/or deemed defective, Metal FX Motorsports LLC will, at its expense, repair or replace the specified item and return it with a credit for the charges incurred during the original RMA inbound freight shipment realized by the customer.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
Repair or replacement of any product by Metal FX Motorsports LLC is the sole and exclusive remedy. Claims or credits for new products will not be accepted and beadlock rings are strictly not covered by any warranty. This warranty only applies to product determined and/or deemed defective by material or workmanship failure. Metal FX Motorsports LLC is not responsible for product that is bent from improper use or has cosmetic damage in any way. Note: This warranty is void if it is determined that any other manufacturer’s specified use requirements were not implemented or maintained correctly per each manufacturer’s requirements. (i.e. air pressure, tightening/torque values, correct fasteners, etc.) It is the owner’s responsibility to refer to and review the owner’s manual for all proper operational requirements. As with all performance products there is no specified time frame for continued and successful use of any component.
NOTE: Motorsports is an inherently dangerous sport with significant risk of personal injury or even death. When a user participates in vehicle racing, track events, performance motoring and or other motorsports events, he or she accepts the risk inherent therein. Metal FX Motorsports, INC, its employees, and affiliates make no warranty that the use of its products or parts guarantees personal safety or freedom from physical injury or operates as a life saving device. Metal FX Motorsports LLC disclaims all liability for any special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, the loss of life or limb, or damages due to bodily or personal injury.
Metal FX Motorsports LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE SET OUT ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
