Textured Powder-Coat Finish
The Hammerhead X-Series Front Winch Bumper comes in a textured black powder-coat finish that provides full coverage and a semi-slip-resistant tread when stepping onto the bumper.
Winch Compatible
Hammerhead X-Series Front Winch Bumpers will accommodate up to a 16,500 lb winch capacity for 3/4 Ton and Full-Size Trucks, and will accommodate up to a 9,500 lb winch capacity on Half-Ton Trucks. Winches mount inside the bumper and can be either front or bottom-mounted, depending on the model.
Light Cut-Outs
Multiple lighting configurations are possible with the fog light cut-outs and integrated mounts on the Hammerhead X-Series Front Winch Bumper. Some applications will offer different size light cut-outs, which allow you to customize the bumper for the best off-road visiblity (lights are sold separately).
Full Replacement Bumper
The Hammerhead X-Series Front Winch Bumpers have been produced to follow the contour of each truck for a seemless look. They are constructed from 3/16" steel plate that is shot blasted to remove scale, cut the plate, form the plate, machine the plate, and weld the plate to produce your bumpers.

These bumpers where designed for anyone wanting a bumper that is durable, dependable and that has a sleek look. Built in the USA with high quality steel, Hammerhead bumpers will keep you moving and your front-end protected.
The Hammerhead X-Series Front Winch Bumper is constructed from 3/16" thick plate steel and features a full brushguard made from 1.75" x .120" wall tubing. The shackle mounts follow through into the back of the bumper and are part of the frame mount. The shackle mounts are 3/4" thick for half-ton trucks and 1" thick for 3/4 and full-size models. This bumper is also winch compatible and is capable of housing up to a 9,500 lb winch for half-ton trucks and up to a 16,500 lb winch for 3/4 and full-size models.

Installation
All Hammerhead bumpers come complete with installation instructions. Because of the size and weight of these bumpers, they are shipped by a truck freight and can be heavy to lift. When it comes to mounting, it is recommended that you have help with the lifting of the front bumper to avoid injury or damage to bumper and vehicle. However, they come with a no-drill, bolt on mount kit for easy installation. Recheck all hardware after the first couple hundred miles. It is advised to inspect the bumper and hardware periodically. For additional information, please give us a call!
Warranty
All claims must be initiated within 30 days of defect discovery.
Hammerhead Armor products are warranted for one year from date of purchase against any manufacturing defects limited to the replacement or repair of the product(s) and non-transferable. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, intentional damage, misuse, product modifications or normal wear and tear that occurs after purchase. Any warranty claims must include the invoice and product from the initial purchase.
All warranty considerations must be communicated to Hammerhead Armor PRIOR to any work being done. A claim number must be assigned to each case in order for any warranty coverage to be considered.
*Note: Damaged product(s) from warranty claims must be returned to Hammerhead Armor within 90 days of product replacement; otherwise product will be billed to customer. To schedule the pickup of a damaged product, please notify Hammerhead Armor when the damaged product is ready.
