GT Styling products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for materials and workmanship. This limited lifetime warranty is limited to the original purchaser under conditions of normal usage and applies to all GT Styling products, which have been properly installed per the provided instructions. Examples of defects may include material imperfections, warping or fit problems at installation. Damages due to vandalism, misuse, neglect, improper installation, scratches, or road hazards (such as: impact, road debris or breakage due to improper consumer handling), are not covered. Seller’s (within 30-days purchase) and Manufacturer’s (after 30-days of purchase) only obligation shall be to replace the product proved to be defective. Labor charges, injuries or any other loss or damages whatsoever, including those incurred in installation, paint or painting the GT Styling products, repair, or replacement, as well as incidental damages are excluded. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by the officers of the seller and manufacturer.
