Manufactured with impact-resistant fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) top panels, the Gator FX3 is highly durable, supporting up to 300 pounds evenly distributed. EPDM rubber seals line each edge of the cover, while integrated drain tubes channel water from the cover's inner rails and onto the ground below. The dual action tailgate seal allows you to operate the tailgate without raising the cover; alternatively, the cover can be closed with or without the tailgate open.

When paired with a locking tailgate, the Gator FX3 offers excellent theft protection. The FRP panels are cut-proof, while the auto-locking slam latch locks the cover into place, only accessible once the tailgate is opened.

If additional bed access is necessary, simply fold the cover forwards and use the included buckle-straps to secure it in the open position. If that still isn't enough room, fold the cover an additional time and support it with the included prop rods; integrated rubber bumpers protect the rear of the cab from bumps and abrasions while in the fully-upright position.
