As an expression of confidence in the excellence of the design, materials and workmanship involved in all the various aspects of bringing DU-HA Products to you, DU-HA, Inc. provides the following warranty. Please read the entire text in order that you may become familiar with its terms. If you should have any questions, please contact DU-HA, Inc. directly.

  1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS: DU-HA, Inc. offers that the product(s) you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions: a. The lifetime warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end user. b. Upon request from DU-HA, Inc., the consumer must provide proof of purchase documents, including the date of purchase. c. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to the DU-HA, Inc. Warranty Department. DU-HA, Inc. shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the consumer after the completion of service under this warranty.

PRODUCT WARRANTY DURATION DU-HA Storage Unit Lifetime, Reach E-Z 1 Year, Reach E-Z Tip Lifetime

  1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: a. Products no longer owned by the original purchaser. b. Defects or damages resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner. c. Defects or damages from unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, abnormal conditions, exposure to extremes in temperature, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of DU-HA, Inc. d. All plastic surfaces that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use. e. Products whose trademark or name have been altered or removed. f. DU-HA accessories are not covered under the warranty.

  2. WHAT DU-HA, INC. WILL DO: DU-HA, Inc. will, at its sole option, either replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of any unit that does not conform to this warranty.

  3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, WHICH DU-HA, INC. MAKES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR DU-HA PRODUCT. DU-HA, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE DU-HA PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED HERE. IN ANY EVENT, DU-HA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last; therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. In the event any of the provisions of this warranty are found by statute or by applicable administrative or judicial entity to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
