Coverking CargoShield™ cargo liners are custom made to order. Custom built “made to order” products are non-returnable except in the case of warranty. Coverking’s warranty policy is repair or replace. If you have any questions and need help ordering, please call. We want to make sure your seat covers are ordered correctly to ensure you get the right seat covers for your vehicle. To ensure the front and rear seat cover material matches, please order the front and rear seat covers in the same order.
Installation
Coverking CargoShield™ Cargo Liner have an easy at home installation. For additional information give us a call.
Warranty
For all warranty claims, Coverking requests that the customer contacts them directly at www.coverking.com/support and they will assist them with their warranty claim. The customer will need to have their Purchase Order Number off the packing slip and pictures of the warranty defect.
1-Year Limited Warranty Period
Coverking warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of two years from the date of delivery. All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking. If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the item at Coverking’s sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
