For all warranty claims, Coverking requests that the customer contacts them directly at www.coverking.com/support and they will assist them with their warranty claim. The customer will need to have their Purchase Order Number off the packing slip and pictures of the warranty defect.

5-Year Limited Warranty Period

Coverking warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of five years from the date of delivery. All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking. If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the item at Coverking's sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
