Boundry LLC Warranty

Boundry LLC honors this limited warranty on all Boundry-brand products and rack components manufactured by Boundry LLC ("Boundry") for the original retail purchaser ("original purchaser") of the product. This warranty is non-transferable.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Products
Trailbreaker Truck Bed Rack, Trailhead Hitch Rack

One (1) Year Warranty Products
All mounts, Control Arms, Handles, Storage Box, Window Grate, All Other Accessories.

If a Boundry product is covered by the terms of this warranty and is determined by Boundry to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable time period set forth above, Boundry will remedy any defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing the defective product without charge for parts or labor. Boundry may choose in some cases to offer the owner a refund or credit of up to the original purchase price of the product in lieu of repairing or replacing the product.

In the event that the product needs to be returned, please make sure to provide us with a detailed description of what the defect is and include the required proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt. If the product was purchased less than a year ago, Boundry will cover the shipping cost to return the item. However if it's returned anytime after that year mark the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product back to Boundry. This limited warranty applies to all products sold at retail on or after July 2023.

This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use), commercial use, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Boundry. In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Boundry's control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with Boundry’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the original purchaser.

Please note that this Boundry warranty does not cover any damage to non-Boundry products transported using Boundry products or used in conjunction with Boundry products. Please refer to our Limitation of liability section below for more detailed information.

If a product is believed to be defective, the original purchaser should contact the Boundry dealer from whom it purchased the product, they will help give the purchaser instructions on how to proceed. If the purchaser is unable to contact the Boundry dealer or the dealer is not able to remedy the defect, the purchaser should contact Boundry by e-mail at: sales@boundry.com, or phone 801-919-7837 for instructions.

We are aware that each situation is different and we want to assure you that we are committed to helping each purchaser find a reasonable solution. In our experience we have noticed that Manufacturing Defects typically show up on newer products or early in the product's lifespan. It is up to the discretion of Boundry to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect or if it is suffering wear and tear. In the case that a product does have a manufacturing defect, Boundry may choose to repair, instead of replacing the item. If a product is repairable, Boundry will provide instructions to the original purchaser on how to proceed. Please see the following examples of manufacturing defects and other issues that either will or will not be covered in the warranty.

Examples of manufacturing defects that will be covered:

• Cracks on welds, vinyl coat cracking, tears along seams on soft goods, zipper malfunctions on soft goods (teeth separation or head separates from teeth), rivet issues, internal mechanism seizures or loss of functionality, cracking of plastic surfaces under normal use.

Examples of issues that are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Off road driving - Backroads that are rough, washed out, boulder and rut strewn (smooth gravel roads are not considered off-road), impact, theft or damage from attempted theft, extreme weather events, faded colors/UV damage, tears in fabric (snags, rips, etc), material wear over time with use (normal wear and tear), accident damage, incorrect assembly or installation, damages from exceeding load capacity, negligence-failure to store, clean, or maintain product in an effective manner, abuse, altered or modified product, use of non-compatible products, damage from improperly secured loads, second hand ownership, damage from automatic car wash, damage from use with RV or trailer - (pertains to products not approved for RV use).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY BOUNDRY), IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. DAMAGE OR INJURY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, TO HIS OR HER VEHICLE, CARGO, OR PROPERTY, AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.

BOUNDRY'S SOLE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL BOUNDRY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SALES). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
