Description
The Blue Ox Bumper Adapters allow you to use your Blue Ox tow bar with your aftermarket off-road bumper. The adapters will work with an aftermarket bumper with D-rings as long as the bumper is rated for flat towing. It is available for either a 1" or 7/8" pin option. The bumper adapter kits include 2 adapters with pins, clips, and hardware. You can also purchase replacement pins and spacers separately from the adapter. The bumper adapters are backed with a 1-year warranty and are made in the USA!

When using a Blue Ox adapter to flat tow a vehicle by the aftermarket bumper, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the bumper manufacturer and verify that the vehicle can be towed by the aftermarket bumper.
Installation
The Blue Ox Adapters have an easy, at-home installation that just requires a 3/4" socket and wrench. Simply remove the existing bolt and nut from the tow bar legs and install the offset double lug with the new hardware provided. For more information please check out the PDF installation guide below.
