Description

If you are looking for a reliable 5th wheel hitch that is safe, has a smooth ride, and is easily removable, then the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch is a must have! Engineered to eliminate sloppiness, the Companion series offers the smoothest ride on the road. The Companion attaches to your Turnoverball under-bed mounting system, which means you can pull a fifth-wheel or gooseneck hitch with the same system! Just like the Turnoverball, the Companion gives you easy install and removal without sacrificing sturdiness, reliability, or towing power. It is known for its effortless installation and removal, thanks to a cam-actuated latching mechanism and simple two-piece design. The Companion also has the OEM series which is designed to work with trucks that already have the factory 5th wheel pucks in their bed such as Ford, GM, and RAM. The Companion is made in both fixed and sliding options. The Slider hitches allow for 12" of movement for turning and maneuvering clearance in shortbed trucks.

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch has a fully articulating head that allows front to back and side to side pivoting. The cam action latching handle makes for an easy release even when parked on non-level sites. The hitches wide stance was engineered for improved stability and strength. The 1" thick wrap-around jaws fit the kingpin perfectly, eliminating sloppy starts and stops. Lastly, the polyurethane bushings provide a quiet, rattle free towing experience. B&W knows that you have a lot riding on your hitch and that a hitch is only as good as the quality of its steel and the welds that hold it together. For that reason, they only trust and use American-made steel and insist on making the welds under their roof. When it comes to B&W you can count on products that are made right here in the USA and are SAE-J2638 certified. B&W stands behind the products with a limited lifetime warranty.
