This Warranty is given only to the original consumer/purchaser of [ASR Motorsport, LLC ("ASR")] products. This warranty is not transferable and PROOF OF PURCHASE is required for all warranty work ? be sure to keep your original invoice. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a wheel, at the discretion of [ASR], for any wheels covered under warranty guidelines.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. [ASR] makes no other warranty beyond that contained in this writing. Except for those warranties that are implied by law that cannot be legally disclaimed, any other warranty is hereby expressly disclaimed. No other representation, by any officer, employee, distributor, dealer or agent of [ASR] will be binding upon the company.

[ASR] products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser/ consumer owns the wheel. Any powder-coated, painted, or polished wheel finish is warranted to the original purchaser/consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to be able to withstand non-hazardous weather and climatic conditions, non-hazardous paved road conditions and typical operating temperatures for normal driving.

To keep your wheels looking like new, regular cleaning is highly recommended, and in adverse weather conditions where salt or chemicals are used on the roads, it is mandatory in order to maintain the finish warranty on your wheels. Please follow these guidelines:

1.Never use any chemical-based cleaners or harsh cleaning solutions.
2.Use only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris.
3.Spray-on, hose off type cleaners are strictly prohibited. Do not clean the wheels when they are still warm from operation of the vehicle - allow them to cool before attempting to hose off. Cleaning them in shade is highly recommended.

4. Polished wheels should be cleaned and polished regularly to keep a high luster shine. Beware of certain car washes and cleaning agents, as they may stain or cloud polished products.

Repairs that involve any of these processes will VOID your warranty and may undermine the structural integrity of the wheels, causing a safety hazard that may result in injury or death.

As a condition of this limited warranty, [ASR] wheels must be properly installed on the vehicle for which the wheels were intended and manufactured for as specified. authorized by the consumer/ purchaser, or in the care and mounting instructions provided at the time of delivery, and where applicable, by using the specified lug nuts/bolts or other hardware which may be supplied by [ASR] for such installation. In addition, the tires that are mounted on the wheels must be proper for the vehicle and wheel size.

Important Notice

All warranty returns that are reviewed by [ASR's] warranty return department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense.

[ASR] neither assumes or authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with [ASR] products uses or applications. [ASR] further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior to redesign or to notify consumers/purchasers thereof.

For all prices, products and offers, [ASR] reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances, at any time and without notice. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:

1. Wheels not purchased from an authorized dealer.
2. Any damage or defect caused by abuse, negligence, or accident.
3. Any damage caused by defective accessories.
4. Any damage caused by racing, offroad use, or by road hazard impact.
5. Any wheels that have been modified.
6. Any blemishes on the backside of the wheel. Finish warranty covers finished frontside of wheels only.
