Contest Period: The RealTruck Off The Grid Contest (“Contest”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 11, 2022 and ends at 7:00 p.m. ET on June 11, 2022 (“Contest Period”).

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of date of participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of THI E-Commerce, LLC d/b/a RealTruck (“Sponsor”), OnXmaps, Inc (“Promotional Partner”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Tombras (“Agency”), their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies involved in the Contest (collectively the “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.

How to Participate: The Sponsor and Promotional Partner will publish posts for the RealTruck Off The Grid Contest (each, a “Twitter Post”), and each Twitter Post will include “clues” to an undisclosed location that each participant must locate in person in order to win a prize. Prior to the Contest Period, the Sponsor and Promotional Partner will publish Twitter Posts with “clue” coordinates so that participants have some idea in what state/city the undisclosed location may be in. During the Contest Period the Sponsor and Promotional Partner will publish a Twitter Post with the previously undisclosed location. Participants agree to operate their vehicles in a safe and lawful manner. The participant must be the first person to arrive and check in with the Sponsor at the previously undisclosed location to be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner (subject to verification by Sponsor representative). The following ten (10) people to arrive at the undisclosed location after the potential Grand Prize winner will be deemed the potential Runner-Up Prize Winners. You may also receive the clues via the OnXmaps app, which is free, so you may download the app to your web-enabled mobile device, please visit: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/onx-offroad-gps-4x4-atv-maps/id1475112177 and follow the online instructions. To participate, you must have a Twitter account and have your account settings set to public (not private) and be a follower of the RealTruck (@RealTruck) and/or OnXmaps (@onXmaps) on Twitter, as applicable. A Twitter account can be opened for free by downloading the Twitter application from the Apple store or Google Play and a compatible mobile device is required. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service provider will apply.

Winner Determination: The first eleven (11) participants will be deemed potential Grand Prize and Runner Up winners, based in the order of arrival witnessed by an onsite Sponsor representative (“Judges”) by June 11, 2021. Sponsor/Judges’ decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. Entrants agree to the decisions of the Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. No information regarding Entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Contest.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: comprised of one (1) ten thousand dollars ($10,000) RealTruck accessories gift card and one (1) year Elite membership subscription to OnXmaps; ARV for Grand Prize: $10,099. Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes: each comprised of one (1) five hundred dollars ($500) RealTruck accessories gift card and one (1) year Elite membership subscription to OnXmaps; ARV for each Runner-Up Prize: $599. Total ARV of all prizes: $16,089. All federal, state, and local income taxes for acceptance and use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Prizes are nontransferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes are unavailable. Gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions and an expiration date may apply. Limit one (1) prize per participant. Prize components are in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. For Grand Prize winner, a 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual total value of the prize and the 1099 form will be sent to the winner via U.S. Mail, to be processed in the year in which he or she receives the prize.

Winner Notification/Verification: The potential Grand and Runner-Up Prize winners will be notified onsite upon winner determination by the Sponsor and its Administrators and each will be required to complete an Eligibility Verification Form or a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Documents”) and return Prize Documents onsite as directed in the time frame specified. A potential winning Participantparticipant will not be declared until verification of eligibility of the participant as well as verification of compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, and verification of potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Participating in the Contest constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its Administrators to use a participant’s and each winner’s name, address, and likeness in connection with the administration of the Contest without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Contest, waive all right to, and hold the the Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. By participating in the Contest, the participants and winners agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by participants and winners for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize, if applicable, or participation in the Contest or participation in any Contest related activity. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Contest materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes.

Disputes: PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY INTENDS AND AGREES THAT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE AND ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN DELAWARE IN THE U.S.; (2) PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES HIS/HER RIGHT TO CONTEST JURISDICTION; (3) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (4) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Delaware.

Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Contest will be used by Sponsor and its Administrators for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, posted at https://realtruck.com/privacy-policy/ and as allowed by law.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winners List, available for ninety (90) days after July 15, 2022, send an email to: Winners@dja.com with “RealTruck Off The Grid Winners (01-2846-02)” as the subject line. Winners List will be sent after the prizes have been awarded.
