For a high school physics project, she used (then state of the art) Forza 2 to demonstrate the effects of wider tires on braking distance. While working towards her Master's, she crafted a book of car poems at the behest of her classmates and professors, including the joys of drifting and the terrors of wiring.

These days she's in the process of restoring two '98 Kouki 240s and retiring a 430,000 mile Mazda 3. When she's not working on the next “Great American Novel”, she enjoys playing hunting and horse racing sims.
