Carl-Martin Lindahl
Chief Executive Officer & Board Director
Carl-Martin E. Lindahl is the CEO and Board Director of RealTruck since November 2022, after leadership roles at SVP Worldwide, KitchenAid, and the Whirlpool Corporation. He is a former McKinsey & Company partner and serves on the board of the Fiskars Group. Originally from Sweden, he holds an M.Sc. from Chalmers University of Technology and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Baljinder Singh is Chief Financial Officer of RealTruck, overseeing finance, procurement, and strategic growth initiatives. Before joining in August 2023, he was CFO of Wahl Clipper and held senior roles at SVP Worldwide, Serta Simmons Bedding, Grainger, and Motorola. He holds an MBA from Roosevelt University and a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Tammy Bohen is the Chief Human Resources Officer at RealTruck, leading HR, Environmental, and Health & Safety functions since March 2023. She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience from companies like SVP Worldwide, Whirlpool, and Johnson & Johnson. Tammy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Recreation Management.

Eric Dale is Chief Legal Officer and EVP of Government Affairs and Corporate Transactions at RealTruck, joining in April 2023. He previously held senior roles at Balance Point Capital and Nielsen, and serves as Vice Chairman of Bankwell Financial Group. He holds a BA from Clark University and a JD from New York Law School.

Mark Hickey is Chief Engineering Officer at RealTruck, joining in April 2014. He previously held executive roles at Truck Hero, Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America, and Magna International, specializing in engineering and product development. With over 30 years in the automotive industry, and over 20 years within the RealTruck organization where he previously led sales at BAK Industries and held various leadership positions at BedRug, Extang Corp and Wings West.

Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Service
Antonio Galvao Costa is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Service, leading the global supply chain, planning, distribution and customer service teams. He joined in 2026 after prior leadership roles in supply chain at Tenneco/DRiV. He holds degrees from COPPEAD UFRJ and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Ken Hossler is Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at RealTruck, joining in January 2023. He previously held manufacturing leadership roles at SVP Worldwide, Peloton Interactive, and Whirlpool Corporation, and holds BBA and BASc degrees from Heidelberg University.
Dan Kusiak

Dan Kusiak is Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement at RealTruck, overseeing procurement strategies and supplier relationships since 2021. He previously served as Chief Procurement Officer at Stoneridge and held leadership roles at Sypris Technologies, with degrees from Michigan State and Central Michigan University.

SVP of Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Capability Building
Filippo Robotti is Chief Strategy Officer at RealTruck, overseeing international business, corporate strategy, and global growth since October 2023. He previously served as CEO of Ditto, CSO at SVP Worldwide, and held multiple roles at Whirlpool Corporation. He holds a Master’s from the London School of Economics and a BSc from Royal Holloway, University of London.
