Take your Ford truck to the next level with the T-Rex Revolver Grille! The Revolver Grille is a complete replacement grille that is made from black powder coated mild steel and has a precision laser cut 1-piece construction. The design features a unique honeycomb laser cut pattern, prominent day time amber running lights, and removable aluminum accent trim pieces that are perfect for color matching and customization. The Revolver Grille is available with or without ZROADZ LED lights and combines style, design, function, and utility. If you purchase the grille with the lights it will come with four 6-inch ZROADZ LED single row slim light bars. The light bars have 2921 lumens, 30 watts, and CREE 5W LED chips per LED light bar. They use a combo beam and have a 50,000-hour life span. The grille will come with everything you need to switch on these lights from the inside of your cab including a wiring harness, relay, and toggle switch. Since the grille is a complete replacement grille there is no cutting or drilling required. All hardware is included. The Revolver grille has an option to work for Ford trucks with or without a front camera. If you want to complete the look you can also get the matching T-Rex Revolver bumper grille. The T-Rex Revolver Grille is backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a three-year warranty on the finish.

All products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves the California facility. The black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process. First, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat. This primer seals the entire surface of the grille. Once the epoxy primer base coat is applied, the color topcoat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.

The T-Rex Revolver Grille is backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a 3-year warranty on the black powder coat finish. T-REX Truck Products warrants its grille products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the grille. T-REX Truck Products warrants the finish of its grille products for a 3 year period beginning at the time of sale to the end user. These warranties are limited warranties and do not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor do they cover finish failure caused by caustic cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. T-REX Truck Products reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion.
