It is constructed from laser cut steel and features a unique honeycomb design and two built-in 3” ZROADZ LED cube lights. This rugged bumper grille will give your truck an off-road style look with the black powder coat finish and x-metal chrome studs that line the perimeter. This bumper not only looks good and protects your vehicle but is also very functional when it comes to the cube lights. The cube lights have 1712 lumens, 20 watts, and CREE 5W LED chips per pod light. The bumper grille comes with everything you need to turn on these lights from inside your cab including a wiring harness, relay, and toggle switch. All products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves the California facility. The black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process. First, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat. This primer seals the entire surface of the grille. Once the epoxy primer base coat is applied, the color topcoat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.

The T-Rex Laser Torch Bumper Grille comes with step-by-step instructions and all required hardware. Depending on the vehicle, the bumper grille may come as an insert or overlay. Grille inserts require cutting and/or drilling while grille overlays will bolt on top of the factory bumper grille.

The T-Rex Laser Torch Bumper Grille is backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a 3-year warranty on the black powder coat finish. T-REX Truck Products warrants its grille products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the grille. T-REX Truck Products warrants the finish of its grille products for a 3 year period beginning at the time of sale to the end user. These warranties are limited warranties and do not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor do they cover finish failure caused by caustic cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. T-REX Truck Products reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion.
