Utilizing the latest in cutting edge manufacturing capabilities, the T-REX Laser Billet Grille is totally unique because of the precision laser cut aluminum plate stylized to match the vehicle contours and grille opening. The result is a totally custom appearance unlike any other aftermarket grille options on the market. It is constructed from 6061/6063 billet aluminum and is available in either a polished or black finish. Depending on the vehicle, the grille will either come as a grille insert or overlay. Inserts require cutting out your current grille while overlays bolt on top of them. These grilles do not include the factory grille assembly (shell) or a T-REX badge. Bumper grilles can be purchased separately to complete the look on your front end. The grille comes with all the required installation hardware and is backed by a lifetime structural warranty with a 3-year warranty on the finish.
T-REX grilles have been proudly made in the USA for over 25 years. Their uncompromising quality begins with advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design. All products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves the California facility. The black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process. First, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat. This primer seals the entire surface of the grille. Once the epoxy primer base coat is applied, the color topcoat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.

The T-Rex Laser Billet Grilles have an easy, at home installation that come with the complete hardware kit. Installation varies based on whether the grille is an overlay or an insert. Overlays bolt over your factory grille while inserts require cutting.

The T-Rex Laser Billet Grille is backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a 3-year warranty on the black powder coat finish. T-REX Truck Products warrants its grille products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the grille. T-REX Truck Products warrants the finish of its grille products for a 3 year period beginning at the time of sale to the end user. These warranties are limited warranties and do not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor do they cover finish failure caused by caustic cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. T-REX Truck Products reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion.
