Shocker Hitch offers a limited warranty that covers all defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of 1-year from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, Shocker Hitch will repair or replace, at no charge, the Shocker Hitch, or parts of the Shocker Hitch, that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Shocker Hitch, at their discretion, will either repair the hitch at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the entire hitch assembly. Shipping or transportation costs incurred to repair or replace the hitch are not covered under this warranty. Also not covered are damages incurred on the hitch while in transit to Shocker Hitch for warranty purposes. Any finish such as paint, powder-coating, electroplating, etc., are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear of hitch under proper use are not covered as well. Labor or service charges involved in replacing any hitch are not included, also. Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, or any accident are not covered. Product which is improperly installed, overloaded, modified or altered are not covered. Loss of time, expense, vehicle use and other vehicle damages, replacement rent, lodging or any incidental costs are not covered as well.
