Warranty
Nox Lux warrants product(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Your product will be warranted for a specified amount of time depending on the product against manufacturer defects from the original purchase date for the original purchaser. Please check the product page for stated warranty time period. If there is not warranty stated on the product – warranty is 24 months. Proof of purchase will be required for the warranty service. Customer modifications and/or improper installation or damage from return packaging of the product may void this warranty. All warranty parts must receive a return authorization number and sent back for inspection prior to any replacement approvals are issued and shipped.
Nox Lux Inc, at its sole discretion, will determine the proper handling of all warranty claims. All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if our warranty claim department determines that there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:
- Negligence: Improper installation, improper use, etc.
- Abuse: Damage beyond the limits of “normal wear and tear.”
- Unauthorized Repair: Repair service performed by an unauthorized service center.
- Seal Tampering: Removal of bezel or bezel screws will compromise the integrity of the water-tight seal.
