At Napier, they stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of their products. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, they offer the following limited warranty.
Duration Tents include a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories are covered by a 30 day warranty. Second Life products include a limited 60 day warranty for broken poles only.
What is Covered
- Broken poles: If your pole breaks under normal use
- Defect in material: Issues caused by faulty materials
- Defect in workmanship: Issues due to errors in manufacturing
What is NOT Covered
- Accidental damage (like a dropped product)
- Normal wear & tear
- Damage caused by mother nature
- Product misuse or improper care
- Cleaning related issues
- Modifications
- Discontinued products
Warranty Orders Warrantied products may be repaired, have specific components replaced, or be fully replaced at Napier’s discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, and shipping fees may apply.
- Timeframe: Warranty claims may take up to one week to process, and shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping is not available for warranty orders.
- Shipping Fees: Within 90 days of purchase, shipping is covered in North America. After 90 days, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply: $20 in the U.S. and $20 in Canada.
