One of the most well-known names in truck shocks and struts, Monroe's Gas-Magnum shocks offer a substantial improvement in ride quality over standard shocks. By using an improved valving range, these shocks are better able to absorb impacts and provide a quiet, comfortable ride for you and your passengers. Improved ride quality is further created by the shock absorber's oversize bore, which reduces shock fade during sustained travel over uneven terrain. By using a nitrogen gas charge, the Gas-Magnum maintains better contact with the road through reduced aeration of the shock fluid.
This shock absorber for trucks is a direct bolt-on replacement for your OEM shocks, requiring no modification. Upgrade to the Monroe Gas-Magnum shocks and reap the benefits of a bigger, more efficient shock.
Professional installation is recommend, but that doesn't mean you can't do it yourself! Monroe Gas-Magnum shocks alter your suspension and may require special tools. You should have your vehicle re-aligned once they are installed.
