The Merritt Punched Panel Headache Rack was designed to be tough and functional while providing a distinctive look.
Each Merritt Punched Panel Headache Rack is made out of lightweight, commercial grade aluminum for strength and durability. These headache racks are available in five different finish options. The double channel track on the backside of the frame allows for easy mounting of multiple optional accessories such as lighting or load securement. This channel also serves to protect and hide wiring harnesses.
The Merritt Punched Panel Headache Rack ships complete with mount kit to get your rack installed which will require no-drilling to do so. Furthermore, Merritt guarantees each headache rack to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited lifetime, as well as three years on the finish.

Adding your new Merritt Punched Panel Headache Rack to your truck bed will not be complicated. All mounting hardware will be provided, but additional hardware may be required (sold separately). Installation won't require any special tools and should only take about a hour or so. If you want more information or have additional questions, please give us a call!
Warning: Headache Racks are not safety devices. If you do not have the proper equipment or skill to install the Headache Rack, take your vehicle to an authorized dealer. Weight carried on a Headache Rack will reduce the stability of your vehicle and increase the vehicle's probability to overturn. To determine the weight that can be carried on your Headache Rack safely, or without damaging the bed walls, consult your vehicles manufacturer.

Merritt Aluminum Products Company guarantees to the original owner that the Light Truck Products will be free of defects in material and workmanship from purchase receipt and for the life of the product and 3-years on the finish. If covered products fail due to a manufacturing workmanship or material defect, we will repair it, replace it, or issue credit for future purchase equal to the original purchase price, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. This warranty only applies to product purchased from an authorized dealer or seller. Please register for warranty at the time of purchase. Registration or proof of purchase is required to receive warranty consideration. For proper warranty evaluation and potential repair, you may be required to return product directly to; Merritt Aluminum Products Company, 1011 14th Street Fort Lupton Colorado. All product returns require pre-approval from Merritt. A Return Goods Authorization will be issues with detailed instructions regarding the return process.
Exclusions:
- Merritt Aluminum Products Company is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in the products surface, or lost or damaged personal property.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown or oxidation of raw material finish, discoloration of coated surfaces including plating and anodizing, or forces outside the control of the manufacturer.
- Powder coat finish is excluded from lifetime guarantee but is covered for a three year period.
- Products identified as "Scratch and Dent are excluded from any and all cosmetic and appearance claims.
