Each MBRP Installer AL Series Exhaust System is tuned and engineered to offer your vehicle peak performance. Constructed out of heavy-duty aluminized steel. Every piece of pipe is mandrel bent even and increased air flow. The straight through muffler is designed to give your ride the optimal sound and eliminates back pressure. Also, for an added bonus, most AL Series Exhaust Systems come with a T-304 stainless steel tip to finish your kit.
Installing the MBRP Installer AL Series Exhaust System is simple and doesn't require any welding or drilling on to your truck. Every system uses the existing mounting holes.

MBRP Performance Exhaust Systems are simple and impossibly easy. The bolt-on, no weld design makes installation a hassle free one and a half to two-hour project. MBRP Ltd. (hereafter "MBRP") gives Limited Warranty covering defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, and does not extend to pitting, stone chips or other damage. This warranty is limited to the original user only, from the date of purchase for the time period shown below.
(304) Pro Series: Lifetime warranty. (Exludes discoloration that may develop from heat)
(409) XP Series: Lifetime warranty. (Excludes surface rust that may develop. A stainless-steel cleaner can be used to keep tip clean)
(AL) Installer Series: Three (3) Year warranty. (Surface rust and penetration rust are not covered)
(BLK) Black Series: One (1) Year warranty on the finish; Three (3) Year on the system. (Surface rust and penetration rust are not covered)
SLM Series: Five (5) Year warranty (Excludes surface rust that may develop. A stainless-steel cleaner can be used to keep tip clean)
PLM Series: One (1) Year warranty. (Surface rust and penetration rust are not covered)
(P) Performance Series: One (1) Year warranty. (Surface rust and penetration rust are not covered)
Warranty Criteria Qualifications:
- Your MBRP product must be purchased through an Authorized MBRP Dealer.
- Your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase. You can register your purchase online at https://store.mbrpautomotive.com/warranty/?page=warrantycard
- You must be the original owner of the vehicle that the product was first installed.
- This warranty does not include the cost of removal or replacement of the product.
- This warranty shall be expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. All other damage and claims, statutory or otherwise, are expressly waived by you as a purchaser.
- This warranty does not apply to:
a. Any product damaged due to poor installation.
b. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as flood). Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and state or provincial law will prevail.
c. Product that has been operated beyond MBRP's recommended capacity.
Because sound is subjective, we do not warranty for sound. There are usually several ways to adjust the sound of your exhaust kit. Please contact your dealer or MBRP directly to discuss these options.
Tip Maintenance: Your 304 Mirror Polished Stainless-Steel tips are not a maintenance free product. For best results - use a chrome polishing or stainless-steel cleaner to maintain the shine and reduce rust. Warranty on this product and MBRP black coated tips covers defects in the material and workmanship only, and does not extend to pitting, stone chips or other damage. MBRP recommends the use of mud flaps and encourages regular cleaning and maintenance to assist with reducing any changes to appearance due to road treatments.
